This property was purchased in 1909 by George F. Quaintance, a carpenter, who probably built the bungalow at that time. It was sold a year later to Hattie Woodworth. In 1912 the house was acquired by the Grabenhorst family. Eva Grabenhorst owned the house until her estate was settled in 1930, it then passed to the ownership of E. B. Grabenhorst who owned it until 1943 when it was sold to V. C. and Ruth Haley.
